- Architecture, functional specification, GUI, project plan, vendor selection, and implementation of a C++ MFC Windows SNMP-based network manager for a multi-protocol router.

- Led the design and implementation of a Windows-based network management product for Attachmate SNA products and releases of Maxess, a LAN-based SNA gateway.
